To date, the New Jersey CRC’s results have yielded an adult use cannabis market oligopoly primarily comprised of 10 out of state corporations and just one NJ-based non-profit cultivating adult use cannabis, a major fail on its own stated priority of an equitable market made up of social equity, diversity and New Jersey-owned small businesses.
